The milk bottle — a true design classic. It fits perfectly in your hand: clean, solid, wholesome, and free from plastic. It’s a nod to simpler times, when we valued what we bought and wasted less.
At Moopops, we’d been having our milk delivered for years. There was something lovely about opening the door each morning to find fresh milk waiting for us — and feeling a bit smug knowing we were supporting a local dairy and cutting down on plastic waste. It was the perfect, feel-good start to the day.
Until it came to the lid... That flimsy bit of foil stood no chance of keeping our milk fresh. Something had to change.
So, we did what seemed obvious — we started making reusable silicone lids. Our goal? To create fun, functional milk bottle tops that keep your morning milk (and everything else you pour) fresh for longer.
“Single use plastic has to go”
But the story doesn't end there.
When big name dairy brands took the leap and stopped supplying single use plastic lids, we already had the solution. Single use plastic has to go, but who eats 500g of yoghurt in one go?
Food waste is as much a problem as anything, so with our lids were proudly tackling two issues in one: no plastic needed, nothing goes to waste. We sell two sizes to cover the most common sized yoghurt and cream containers.
And we work with brands to create lids customised to their brands colours container sizes.

I love these lids. Good quality and nice colours. A perfect fit for my large yoghurt pot, clips around the rim. Washes nicely in the dishwasher. These are a joy to use instead of rewashing those flimsy lids. I think they’re good value for a forever product.
One of those things that you never realised existed then think "perfect for what I need" no more partly-on foil lids, or worse the flappy paper/plastic ones that dont even try to cover it once opened. They've fitted any pot we needed them for, without any issue.
